TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last updated: September 2026

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the WALK18 online shop.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with:

WALK18
Owner: Waqar Khan
Industriestraße 8
76846 Hauenstein
Germany
Email: info@walk18.de
VAT ID: DE326208978

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

The customer can select products and place them in the shopping cart. Before submitting the order, the customer can review and correct the information entered.

By clicking the final order button, the customer submits a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or, at the latest, upon dispatch of the ordered goods.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices stated in the online shop are final prices in euros and include the applicable statutory VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Additional shipping costs may apply. The applicable shipping costs are shown to the customer before the order is submitted.

5. Payment Methods

Depending on availability, the following payment methods in particular may be offered in the online shop:

  • Payment by invoice
  • Credit and debit card payment via Stripe
  • PayPal

The payment methods actually available for an order are displayed during checkout.

6. Payment by Invoice

If the customer selects payment by invoice, they will receive an invoice containing the information required for payment.

The invoice amount must be paid in full within the payment period stated on the invoice.

7. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process.

The available delivery methods, delivery times and shipping costs are shown to the customer before the order is completed.

If an ordered product is exceptionally unavailable, we will inform the customer without undue delay.

8. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal in distance-selling contracts.

Information regarding the requirements, deadlines and consequences of withdrawal can be found in our separate Withdrawal Policy.

The Withdrawal Policy and model withdrawal form are available on the "Withdrawal" page.

10. Returns

Information about the practical process for returning goods can be found on our "Returns & Refunds" page.

This information does not restrict the customer's statutory rights, in particular the statutory right of withdrawal and warranty rights.

11. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

12. Liability

We are fully liable for damages arising from injury to life, body or health caused by an intentional or negligent breach of duty.

In all other respects, the statutory liability provisions apply.

13. Contract Language

The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English.

14. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

In relation to consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive the consumer of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
