Ambassador Terms

1. Scope

These terms govern participation in the WALK18 Ambassador Program between WALK18 and the respective ambassador.

By applying to the WALK18 Ambassador Program, the applicant confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.

2. Application and Acceptance

Submitting an application does not create a right to be accepted into the WALK18 Ambassador Program.

WALK18 reviews applications individually and may accept or reject applications at its discretion.

A partnership starts only after WALK18 has expressly accepted the application and activated the ambassador account.

3. Ambassador Links and Discount Codes

Approved ambassadors may receive a personal referral link, QR code and/or discount code.

These may be used to recommend WALK18 products to the ambassador's community, customers, students, club members or other interested golfers.

Personal ambassador codes may not be published on coupon sites, voucher portals or similar platforms without prior approval from WALK18.

4. Commission

The standard initial commission rate is 15% on qualified sales, unless another rate has been individually agreed with the ambassador.

Commission is calculated on eligible merchandise revenue. Shipping charges, taxes, refunds, cancellations and other non-commissionable amounts are excluded.

WALK18 may offer higher commission rates to individual ambassadors depending on performance, revenue or individual agreement.

5. Tracking and Attribution

Sales may be attributed through personal affiliate links, tracking cookies, QR codes or ambassador codes.

The current intended tracking period is 30 days.

If a qualified purchase is completed within this period, the sale may be attributed to the respective ambassador.

The data recorded by WALK18 and/or the affiliate tracking system is used for commission calculation and attribution.

6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

No commission is payable on amounts relating to orders that are fully or partially cancelled, returned, refunded or otherwise reversed.

Pending commissions may therefore be reduced or rejected if an order is refunded.

7. Payments

Commission payments are generally made monthly once the applicable minimum payout amount has been reached.

The currently intended minimum payout amount is EUR 50.

Commissions may only become payable after the applicable refund and review period has expired.

Ambassadors are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

8. Taxes and Other Obligations

Each ambassador is responsible for determining and complying with any tax, business registration, social-security or other legal obligations resulting from their activities and commission income.

WALK18 does not provide individual tax or legal advice to ambassadors.

9. Authentic Recommendations

WALK18 does not require positive reviews.

Ambassadors should recommend WALK18 products only when they can genuinely stand behind the recommendation.

False, misleading or unsupported claims about WALK18, its products or competitors are not permitted.

10. Advertising Disclosure

Ambassadors are responsible for clearly and transparently disclosing advertising relationships, affiliate links, discount codes, free products and other commercial collaborations in accordance with applicable law.

This applies in particular to social media posts, websites, blogs, podcasts, videos, newsletters and other communication channels.

11. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are not permitted:

• spam or unsolicited mass advertising
• false or misleading claims
• fake accounts or artificially generated traffic
• self-purchases intended to generate commission
• abusive use of discount codes
• cookie stuffing or other tracking manipulation
• paid search advertising on WALK18 brand terms without prior written approval
• use of the WALK18 brand in a way that suggests the ambassador is WALK18 itself

12. WALK18 Trademarks and Content

WALK18 may provide ambassadors with logos, images, texts or other marketing materials.

Such materials may only be used in connection with the WALK18 Ambassador Program and within the permission granted by WALK18.

All trademark and intellectual-property rights remain with their respective rights holders.

13. Free Test Products

Participation in the Ambassador Program does not create a right to receive free products.

WALK18 may provide selected ambassadors with products for testing or presentation.

Receiving a free product does not require the ambassador to provide a positive review.

14. Independent Status

Participation in the Ambassador Program does not generally create an employment relationship, commercial agency or corporate partnership between WALK18 and the ambassador.

Ambassadors generally decide independently whether, when and in what permitted manner they recommend WALK18.

15. Duration and Termination

Participation in the Ambassador Program generally continues until terminated.

Unless otherwise individually agreed, both the ambassador and WALK18 may end the collaboration for the future.

WALK18 may immediately suspend or terminate an ambassador account in cases of abuse, suspected fraud, manipulation, breach of these terms or other serious misconduct.

16. Privacy

WALK18 processes personal data in connection with applications and administration of the Ambassador Program.

17. Changes to the Program

WALK18 may modify the Ambassador Program, commission models, technical processes or these terms for the future where legally permitted and reasonably necessary.

Material changes will be communicated to affected ambassadors in an appropriate manner.
